OUR RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the products you purchased from us you may return undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Please e-mail our customer service department, or call 585-230-2633, and indicate you have a return.
Items must be returned in original condition, so please repackage them carefully. Also, include a copy of your invoice and circle the items you are returning so credit is properly applied.
REFUNDS
Payment will be sent upon receipt and inspection of merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded unless it was our mistake. Customer pays shipping fees on returns.
Because these products are made to your order, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
SHIPMENT
Orders are shipped within 2–3 days. For out of stock items allow 10–14 days. We ship via UPS.
